i knew Michael for 15 years with our relationship starting out as that of Michael being a customer and service user of two transport services (Dial-a-Ride and Taxicard) that i am the Account Manager for. Over the past 15 years however, Michael and I called each other on a weekly basis and our relationship became much more than what it started out as. Michael was a warm and generous man who dedicated much of his life to campaigning for accessibility and equality for all, and I know that many people including me will miss him and his wonderful, caring and infectious personality.
